What is the main difference between inject and laser printers?

I am planning to buy a printer but I dont know the difference between laser and inject printers. Please tell me the diffrence.Which one is better fot the use.

ThanksWhat is the main difference between inject and laser printers?
INKJET you mean, inkjet basically means the ink goes straight on the page

laser on the other hand is a powder thats burnt to the page

laser produces MUCH better quality. Dont get an inkjet printer, laser all the way! What is the main difference between inject and laser printers?
If you are looking for a better quality printing than you should go for Laser Printer. On the other hand, inkjet printer's print quality is not good, but its relatively cheaper.

Also, if you are not a rich person, you must consider the toner/cartidge price of the printer you going to buy. Sometimes its quite funny, you can buy an Epson inkjet with 拢20 where its cartridge price is also 拢20.
ok, this is where it may get complicated lol

Inkjet printers are printers that use cartridges of ink (one black, one colour) and vary in speed and quality dependant on brand

Laser printers on the other hand are basically what they say. The laser writes to a drum and then the toner sticks to the drum then the paper goes round it and sticks to the paper and is then fused to it. Believe me it is quicker but these printers are hard to fix and shouldn't be done by anyone that's not trained to. Also its expensive to print in Color and also to do that you need to feed the paper through once for each Color.

Hope this helps
Inkjets use liquid ink and lasers use toner which is powder. Inkjets must be use weekly or the inkjets dry out, the cartridges dry out. If you use a printer every few days it's not a problem. Laser printers toner does not dry out [it's dry already] and can be left off for weeks, months. I use both and like my Epson inkjet better. My laser is pretty much my backup.
